I bid on NEW Planar PX212M 21.3" LCD Monitor - Silver on ebay one or two days after this guy email me saying he has a better offer for the same product! I ask him some question about safety issue I had and he told me that he would not pick up the payment until I have my product. (I was stupid not to put a security password when I sent my payment) anyhow it went to my bank to take out the money and send it via western union because that's the only method he except. And the next day I call in to western union to ask about the progress of the transaction. To my surprise, he took the cash already.
I sent him an email asking about my item and he side there was a problem with the shipping. Email him and he wouldn't reply. I call western union, buyinsurance, my state senator none help and now I will contact ebay. I have know idea where is my product. I haven't heard from him for a months. His ebay user name is and 22148921 beware of the guy and I can't believe that he has a perfect feedback rating!
