I purchased a kodak allinone printer at-best purchase on rt 9. After I popped it an blocked it in, it stated "document holder mistake" paper packed. I came across that really humorous because there is no document within the printer.??? I named Kodak, and after an hour or so about the telephone unplugging and inserting in the printer. I had been informed they might not repair it plus they were likely to deliver me a brand new printer in 5-8 business days... I reported plus they stated they might deliver it following day after i sent or sent a duplicate of the reciept. I did so, also it lay about the men table for 3 times till I called back and asked what happened. Long story short, it required 3 months to obtain the operating printer thru the email... Absolutely incredible
