Refuses to allow my. Travel website to come up

I have a. Travel website which has been in service for many years at my home, but within the last month it no longer will come up using Comcast Cable. The website comes up fine on regular DSL service at my office and other cable company's internet such as Astound Cable Co. At my neighbors.
I have spent numerous hours with Comcasts's online chat technicians who just keep repeating the same line over and over (because you cannot get the same technician you originally started with after you try to do what they have told you). They keep telling me to change my DNS IP address (done 8 times now) - delete my cache (done 8 times now) - Delete Temp Internet Files, etc. Etc. Etc.! Finally I telephoned Comcast Technical Support - got a technician on the line - explained that the. Travel website no longer comes up.
Now here is the kicker - wait for it... His response was "I just tried to bring the website up here at Comcast and it does not come up - therefore we cannot do anything about it". This after I explained it does vome up in DSL, Astound etc..
I had heard that the lack of customer service at Comcast was legendary, but now I have experienced it for myself.
I guess my only choices now are: Live with this or change Internet Service providors.
My only choices here are AT&T Uverse or Astound Cable. Can anyone adivse me if they use either and their pros and cons?
