I updated my Apple from iTunes, after that it quit functioning. And so I named support, it's divided to 3 distinct individuals:

1st, FAQ guy: He started studying me everything about the Apple.com FAQ website. I described I did so all of the various FAQ problems, and required further aid. He moves the dollar to another one.

2nd Consumer woman: She explained that I REJECTED to home-repair my iPod, that we did not I described that I currently did these self repair problems also it didn't function. She explained when I informed get help in the support man, I CAn't be aid. She subsequently informs me my period is up and she'll increase it since sheis good.

3rd Support Guru: this person experienced all the FAQ issues that I did so beforehand. Nothing works through the iPod. Therefore he claims that through the study he gathered, WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE IPOD OR READING PASSED THE FAQ, that someting "is CONCEALED within the iPod that AWOKE after I updated it therefore its not Apple's problem". I discussed when I offered him an automobile then fine-tuned it, which smashed it, how may be the vehicle owners problem? He becomes AGGRESSIVE and informs me that I am THREATING HIM WITH CASE. I really couldnot think it, and so I requested to keep in touch with another person. He claims that "he is the greatest that requires calls". And so I imagine no body above him employs telephones, however many type of strange psychic capabilities. Ultimately, I'd to purchase ANOTHER mp3player. My adivce, never update your ipod from itunes, or you will face these folks.
