I'm an unfortunate operator of the Retreat HE Machine & Dryer. I had been a faithful Sears client over my lifetime - machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, variety, tires and more tires and car-service for 2 vehicles... And much more. But all that's transformed with this horrible item and also the terrible reaction so far from Sears.
