Verizon Overcharged for the phone and said she signed me up for 2 yr contract and it was only a 1 yr contact this was not a mistake the day i bougt the phone a customer who bought a phone came in for the same

The company go wirless has got to be operating in this manner with every new customer that walks in the door. Its a bait and switch tell you what there signing you up for and doing something else to benifit there pocket. I probabally should have caught on to there Game when a customer came in while i was there and made the same claim that happened to myself.
