RIPPED ME OFF, payed them didnt give me an unlock code, sent me an email saying ive been refunded now pretend like they dont know me

They ripped me off big time, big time, i paid and gave my phone ein number, they emailed me two days later saying "we're sorry cannot generate an unlock code for you, you will get a paypal refund in 1 week" 3 weeks now they pretend like they dont know anything. Fuk them fuke them sideways fuk them dont fuking ever use this site
