I ordered Favicon Generator from Etopbiz.com on November 14th, and waited for an unlock key which was supposed to be emailed to me in 24 hrs. The next day I got an email from them stating that the "script unlock key request is rejected". I emailed them back as to why I was rejected - and I sent them a copy of my Paypal payment receipt. I said I would contact Paypal if I didn't receive the unlock key. I received one email from them as below:

1) Stop threatening without a reason, once more and you will get into trouble
2) Unlock key is explained on our FAQ page, have you checked it?

I then emailed them back again stating that I would contact Paypal that day, if he didn't sent the key code, and this is the email I received:

You can contact Paypal right now, I told you to behave yourself, but it seems that you having fun harrasing me. And this is OK, only problem is that this will probably cost you. Regards, Goran

Paypal would not refund my money, because I bought a "virtual product", and it was paid from my Paypal balance, so I can't go to my credit card company about this.
I can't believe how these people are still allowed to run a site like this! I have reported them all over the place, and I hope their hosts and domain name registrars do something about them.
