Samsung freeform mobile phone bought on 12/22/09. This purchase certified for $20.00 refund inform of prepaid American Express Card if bought between Octo ber thirty - December 31 & shipped in by 1-14-10. Refund type was shipped in with all products needed by day, but I never obtained my prepaid American Express card which was provided! This really is today 2 weeks later! Appears like yet another REFUND RIP-OFF in my experience.
