Approached Samsung Electronics refund center on 09/03/06- was informed check was released will emptiness and re issue
Approached Samsung Technology on 10-06-06- was informed don't have any report of refund type-submitted identical form as required
Obtained card from samsung on 12/8/06 informing me that they could not process rebate because of duplicate rebate form
Contacted Samsung Electronics rebate center on 12/8/06 was told that a check would be approached and should receive by 01/10/07
Contacted Samsung Electronics refund focus on 02/06/07 was told that check had been issued and shipped in January-may stop check and problem another check up on 02/27/07
Approached Samsung Electronics refund focus on 04/05/07- was informed that the check is likely to be released and really should obtain by end-of May '07
