Don't buy from bray & scarff!!! This really is my first-actually publishing of the criticism to any site. I'm usually a great-natured individual, but Bray & Scarff may be the TOUGHEST organization I've actually handled.
I purchased a machine & dryer in the Arlington shop in January. The dryer didn't function, also it required the technician 4 (FOUR!) times ahead to my home to obtain it mounted. The very first three times, he found support the machine, with out the best components.
I talked for the supervisor (Steve) three different events. He essentially excused the imbecility of his team.
The service office won't let you know what period they'll visit, hence making one to skip a whole evening of function. The technician may contact you the day of the visit, providing you with a-4-hour screen of period, that he'll be overdue, anyhow.
I've never had worse customer support. Consumer beware!!
