I purchased a brand new double-oven in the Bethesda shop using the guidance of the very useful salesman. A pre-installation site-visit ($75.00) suggested the stove might match myspace without any changes. The stove came; it'd unfit. I returned towards the shop, select another stove. It came, it'd unfit. I delivered towards the shop with images and dimensions of my previous stove and room and spoke for the salesman. He assured me the stove might match and particularly required by title a far more skilled specialist. Explained to ensure that just this specialist did the task and also to contact him if there is a problem. The vehicle only came. Same contractors who could not do the installation the final moment. Named W&S; my salesman is off today. Spoken to a different salesman who had been really rude and and essentially explained to obtain over it and allow these men try again. Named the dispatcher who stated the required specialist was down today-so he dismissed the unique demand and delivered the stove out anyhow. Explained he did not realize why I required a unique team which these men might get it done. Appeared not able to understand these were exactly the same men who could not do the installation a week ago. I'll not be using the services of Bray and Scarff again.
