We oredered appiances and countertops from Bray adn Scarff—significantly more than $18,000 woth of company. Applicances were to be shipped between 1 and 4 pm—I named at 5 plus they were shipped at 7. Needed to stop a company conference to hold back.

Once The subcontractor (Counter-Intelligence) attempted to set up the countertops, one broke—which was Friday at 9:30 am. Meanwhile, I'm with no home. I had been informed that I'd possess a routine for alternative by 5 that morning. No body named—but I called equally Bray and asxarff and Counter-Intelligence and remaining messages. No reply. I named both again Mon—got a call back from T&S that Counter-Intelligence might call. They didn't.

On Friday I named T&S corporate, talked to some support supervisor (James Spencer). He did call back to inform me he had switched it to another person (Michael Wallace) who'd contact me back—he didn't. And so I named my table/installment salesman at T&S (Harold in Bethesda) to request the standing and protest concerning the insufficient info. He stated he'd call-back—which was two hours before. No-call back.

I'm paying W&S reduced to get this done function, versus other home companies. They've failed every action of just how because the agreements were authorized. No body requires accountability—they move the "I'll call-back" guarantee from individual to individual. I'll never utilize them again, and that I may suggest to anybody taht may hear, DON'T UTILIZE BRAY AND SCARFF.
