The company will not refund a canceled warrenty price per the terms of their contact

I purchased an extended warranty from Vizio for my lcd television. I realized after contacting customer service that I the plan would not work for me so I attempted to cancel the plan a few days after the purchase. I emailed the address given and never received a responce so I called customer support. They instructed me to write a letter to a department in Sterling, VA that had no telephone or email support. I did so and received a confirmation my cancelation a few weeks later.

I never received a refund. Per the terms of the contract, they were to refund me the full price of 149.00 USD if I canceled the plan in 30 days. I did, and they confirmed so - but I was never refunded.

I have called the only vizio waca customer support number available and it is no use, they claim to have no way to contact the return department. I have asked to speak to a manager and they tell me they one will contact me and it never happens. Per their advice I have written the cancelation department numerous letters and receive no information regarding the status of my warranty.

I have been contacting the vizio waca branch for about 6 months trying to find information. It is very frustrating. I will not be contacting waca corporate directly and will update if this issue is ever resolved.
