I'm so discouraged with Bestbuy. I went in to the Wareham shop on New Years Eve evening seeking to invest as much as $1000 about the correct camera, I had been prepared to purchase. The sales person was happy to help and seemed really more comfortable with data originally. I invested almost 25 units using the repetition showing the details I required in a camera, movie was crucial and important. The repetition guaranteed me the camera I had been to purchase was outstanding with movie and had the rest of the functions I needed. It had been a Nikon. I named Customer Service and also the individual stated they assured me this could not occur again. How is that this the situation. He did nothing to support me for that disappointment and trouble. I'll wait before buying at Bestbuy again. Their customer support and quality is extremely bad.
