I bought this camera in March, soon after it had been launched. I hope we'd never met. The battery lasted for 10 pictures and never the 200 they stated. Named Cannon in December plus they delivered a brand new battery in my experience of course if which wasnot the trigger, then I'd have to return the camera for fix or perhaps a new one.
In January, I had been still exceptional same issues, covered the camera for $200, ($13) dutifully delivered the 3 batteries that I taken care of ($65),

I submitted a using the Better Business Institution and fourteen days later, I obtained a telephone call from the sheepish individual who provided no apologies,
Apart from to inform me when I delivered my restored camera for them, she'd deliver me a brand new one, along side three fresh batteries. That one has 14 megapixels. I've no criticism using the images - that their batteries wont maintain their cost, their Hardware cable link with my Mac is not acknowledged and neither may be the Hardware card reader.
Using the services of Cannon is a headache and that I would not conduct business together again no real matter what these were promoting. They simply do not care.
