I purchased the Rovio mobile web cam directly from the Wowwee Rovio site. It arrived but had a problem. During the download process, as followed from the supplied instructions, the Rovio suddenly took off with the patch cord still connected to the laptop. It caused damage to the patch cord and the Rovio port. Enclosed was a pamplett that said that the Rovio could be returned for a refund "No Questions Asked" Their words, not mine. I sent it back enclosed in all the original packing. I spoke to the Wowwee suport center and was assured that I would get a refund. I felt confident enough. As this was a gift and due by a certain date I went ahead and ordered and paid for another. It arrived and worked ok. It has been over two months and I have still not received a refund for the 1st one I sent back. I have sent numerous emails as instructed by their help desk but have yet to get a reply.
