I feel I have been ripped off and cheated by pflanz of Sioux city Iowa. Just to make you aware they execpt no returns no matter what. I had bought a new 50" plasma TV from the sales man and The owner Vance pFlanz. 8 short hours later I realized that I need to return the TV. Due to a unexcepd finical hard ship. It was still in the box and had never even been opened. So i returned to the store where Sherri greeted me and informed me that they have a no return poicy and that I would have to talk to the owner Vance pFlanz. He never returned my phone call I called Vance and he explained that they except no returns no matter what. After a hour of talking about it he informed me he could let me return it for a 25% restocking fee of $200.00. Never once during the sale was I informed of the the no return policy. So i once again returned to the store and talked to Sherri drooped off the TV and was told to come back in 3 hours to pick up a check. Vance refused to talk to me I went back in 3 hours to get a check and it was -25% $200.00. They played me for a chump and a sucker. And I would not do business with this company. Be warned!!!
