Samsung needs to acknowledge that they have made some very bad product HDTV's and they Break down anywhere from a year to two. These batch of bad products should be recalled and repaired by samsung. There are MANY MANY COMPLAINTS regarding Samsung TV quality and the fact that they are a LEMON PRODUCT and many people, including myself complained to Samsung yet they did not even show the Courtesy of a simple reply to our legitimate complaint and admit they have made some bad components. They continue IGNORING THE ISSUE and continue Selling (Ripping people off out of their hard earned money) their crappy TVs. This is a poorly made product and has some issues. My model LNS405 1D died on me in less than a year. I paid $1500 for my TV at the time and I was very gentle with the product yet it stopped functioning and does not turn on anymore. Sound quality on their brand TV isvery distorted (High Bass that cannot ever be lowered than a certain level) and I was never happy with the sound, I could not get the sound to be clear so I have always used Bose Speakers and my receiver to listen to it. I live alone and have No kids or pets around to mess with the TV or the remote and although I carefully used the remote, it broke and many buttons stopped functioning in under one year, Samsung needs to acknowledge they have made some poorly made TV's that have serious Issues and RECALL and REPAIR them. If you Google HDTV on this brand, you'll see many complained about the TV breaking down and burning out. Samsung has a very bad product with a very bad customer service. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG is my advice to anyone who wants to take it.
