Best Buy is not hearing my complaint correctly. When this situation was first presented to Michael Arrighi, he stated, in writing, that there was no way he could credit my credit card account for the funds due me because of a restriction in the Performance Service Plan that came with the video camera that I had purchased. To refresh your memory, I purchased a camera that had obvious problems when being used and was sent to Precision Camera, the company that held the contract for warranty work for Best Buy. There were five attempts to repair the problem, but Precision Camera could not duplicate the problem I was having. I was willing to drive to Precision Camera to produce the problem for them to observe, but was refused this opportunity. After many months of going back and forth, Michael gave me a take it or leave it contract with a dead line.
