In oct 09 i created a dreadful choice to-order 2 garry vacs for my company. I dropped for the nonsense. Light, free bags exc. The vacs one standard one industrial are this kind of bit of garbage! They didnt last but 5 days. Garry machine debited my account immediately for both despite the fact that they're designed to provide a one month check. I've named every mon because looking to get my money-back together providing me a variety of reasons. Only so that you know I did so provide them with the following numbers for both. I called again nowadays 12/7/09. Again the explained id get my reimbursement in 5-7 days. Not slipping for that again. I've requested to be approached by records department since thet wouldnt transfure me. Im sopposed to obtain a call-back within 24 hours. Want me luck! Ps save your self a lot of disappointment and opt for the panisonic vacuum the 17 pounds may be worth it in my experience.
