Garry Vacuum LLC Treats Customers like Dirt! May 3 I paid $50 over the phone to receive a refurbished vacuum from Garry Vacuum LLC. On May 24, I returned the defective vacuum using USPS. July 12 Garry Vacuum LLC charged $150 to my account. I contacted the warranty center; their excuse was they do not have my tracking number so there is no way for them to know if the vacuum was returned within 30days of receiving the replacement as their warranty policy states. The returned vacuum included the invoice enclosed with the refurbished unit stating my contact info, order number, item description number and customer number. Additionally when I called May 3rd the rep asked for the serial number on the bottom of the defective vacuum; yet another way to track the vacuum down. They insisted I will get no refund without a tracking number, which I no longer had. Help
