He explained he created an error about the solution. I currently paid $500 for that "substantial" installment, along with the $3000 for gear. He instisted about the extra. I told him no and that I might have them pack anything up if which was the situation, and that I needed a complete refund. He explained which was good with him. Whoa! Customer support at its greatest!!!
