I purchased a new 30 minute phone card which gave me 60 minutes according to the promotion when i purchased the phone.
I entered them into the phone and did not use the phone until the next day when i recieved an incoming call. That call was one minute long and when i looked all 60 minutes were gone. I called to report it and the person at the phone co. Gave me all the b.S. That could saying i used the minutes.
Well i didn't and if i did why the hell would i be complaining? It just ticks me off that they take your money and when you have a problem they don't want to know anything i'm pissed..
