TracFone text me with a separate, unsolicited offer with no restrictions, exclusions or expiry — buy 450 and get 950 bonus. I purchased the 450 minutes at entered the promo code and received another text to call their phone number to complete the transaction (using up minutes). During a 30 minute telephone call I heard all types of weaseling in an effort not to honor the offer. Do you think that's a rip off? I do.
