While studying my ancestry, I came across and requested a guide from Asian Digital Assets, in July. I received the incorrect book.in August, I e mailed the organization, and quit a voice-mail about the quantity directed at me on my bill. I received no reply.
I came across another quantity to contact, and John Rigdon—evidently the only operator and worker of Asian Digital Assets—responded on which seems to be his private telephone. I described my issue, and Mr. Rigdon guaranteed to deliver me the right guide, plus a return cover for that book I'd obtained in error.
In October, I tried calling to obtain the standing of the alternative guide that we still hadnot obtained, but I acquired no reaction. I also e mailed again, and again, got no reaction.
This month, I eventually got your hands on Mr. Rigdon, and questioned exactly what the standing of my book was. He explained he was joining the guide at that time, and he'd send it in my experience the next evening. I quit another email following the phone, requesting he email me using the following quantity of my guide, and detailing that I had been just starting to question his company methods, but that the email with this specific info might reduce my worries. I received no reply.
This week, I again named Mr. Rigdon to inquire about my guide. He put on me. This time around, I e mailed him challenging the right guide or an instantaneous reimbursement and allowing him realize that I'd visit law enforcement with this specific issue if he didn't satisfy his end-of the deal. Their reactions that adopted included profanities and insults, and he's declined to return my cash till I return the wrong guide to him first. He's not more described the right guide, and so I can only just suppose he lied when he explained he was completing binding it.
