I requested 2 Razr devices each t / 2yr warrantees on 12/5 for Holiday presents. One came 12/23 and also the additional 1/26 after several calls and emails. Both telephones after I ordered online stated IN-STOCK Therefore It never must have absorbed per month & a half to obtain among the 2 telephones I requested. I named and named repeatedly and may just get voicemail that will let me abandon a note some occasions and often it wouldnt. Lastly I chose to reach cust. Serv.By pressing wholesale prompt and that I really achieved a live person in customer support. They explained the ph wasn't in-stock & these were waiting on an international cargo. I requested a boss for many type of payment for several my difficulty, & after returning & forth she accept a fundamental earpiece collection, that we never obtained. I'd to come back the first ph (poor quality/restored) w/d the audio went inside a month. It had been changed thru warrantee t / another scratched-up restored ph. And lately I then found out they terminated among my 2yr warrantees prematurely without my understanding & t/e performing any repairs with this additional ph which was still under warrantee. Do yourself a benefit, DONT BUY HERE!!
