Requested a Nikon S630 Digicam from their store but determined I needed a much better camera. These were many pleasant and stated certain, we will take the unopened camera back and deliver you the brand new Panasonic DMC-ZS3. I needed this camera to get a function plus they decided to ship rapidly and so I'd contain it (getting me additional for faster delivery). 3 times passed with no reputation of purchase, cargo or following number. After I got right down to the final evening in order for them to ship overnight, they stated Panasonic has delivered them the incorrect cameras and had obtained the DMC-TZ7. I decided in order for them to ship quickly. After talking with them, I named Panasonic US and discovered the TZ7 may be the worldwide design and would need to be delivered to Europe for support must something occur to it. I declined the advantages cargo when it came and informed 1 End Camera of the problem.

While it got time for you to obtain credit for these deliveries, I obtained complete credit for that declined cargo, for that Nikon they subtracted $9.95 for that outbound delivery (I decided to spend this) as well as taken $20.90 (10% of Nikon cost with delivery included).

My own view is they're enthusiastic to complete business along with you in advance but will require no obligation due to their steps including attempting to sell you "Gray-Market" gear and waiting before last second to inform you this.
