I bought one cordless phone of $35 and when I received phone it was defective. I send email and returned item. I never got my refund back. They always says we refunded money.
They asked me to send bank statement and when I send bank statement they stopped responding.
I send 4 emails and not one respond. I called customer service and they always tell "Your case has been escalated to higher authority"
I did not get my refund and 1 week is gone.
Buy.com ripping off people.
