We had purchased a 50in Plasma television which was to be delivered and set-up by the Geek Squad. Although they were prompt in calling our home to arrange the date, they never showed.in calling them during the afternoon time slot that was supposed to be the delivery time, the account was noted cancelled. "Do not re-open."
They have the money for the televsion, the warrantee service, and the delivery charge, which totals in the thousands. As of this writing, they still can't confirm what occurred. We can't even get them to confirm a delivery date or time.
This complaint has gone up the ladder to the manager level, but still not verification. They have a 'don't call us, we'll call you' attitude. After all they have other NEW customers to rope in.
