Recurring issues with SEARS technicans inability to install/configure Carrier variable speed HVAC

18-month tale of continuing difficulties with SEARS technicans failure to set up/manage Provider variable-speed HVAC. The system from Provider itself can be a excellent item but SEARS has discouraged the household with inept, unable, ineffective, unqualified technological capacity.

SEARS salesman offered a device that didn't resolve the issue SEARS documented to us - the earlier device they changed was ineffective.

We're still having issues today! 9/25

It was a US$ 14K device - anything we hd to use cash to cover

Listing Of issues -

1.installment on day-one was longer than regular, defeated

2. The contractors decreased the system while adding - invested hours - subsequently accepted not capable of establishing it.

3. The system never hot or cooled correctly.

4. The thermostats were next discovered incompatible - after many weeks of unsuccessful efficiency

5. The digital circuit boards short-circuited

6. The coolant tube was discovered leaky and incorrectly mounted
