Over a year ago, a Dutchman installer worked several hours on an installation of DirecTV. Left our house leaving the system in a complete non-functioning state. The next morning I phoned the company and they sent the same guy back out whose breath was loaded with booze to dismantle all equipments, which he did!
This ended our business entirely with DirecTV! We got back whatever monies we paid for the installation. So ended our dealings with DirecTV. It was a complete fiasco of 100% non-performance. We returned to our cable system.
Today, I received a dun from Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. in the amount of $88.10; Creditor: DIRECTV; No claim date (probably in 2000!)
