I ordered a Blu Ray player from a site I found off the internet with prices that seemed way lower than anyone else was offering. I made the order and it came pretty quickly but I immediately discovered the item was defective and completely worthless. They did offer a return if I paid shipping but Samsung offered to take the item back and pay for shipping. They ended up sending a new Blu Ray player. Thats not the main problem. If that was all I would just chalk it up to poor quality items and never buy anything from them again. Here is where the problem starts.
The credit card I used was one I have barely ever used before and definitely not in the last few months but right after I made the order I started noticing random charges for Hotels and other stuff.in Louisiana of all places. Not that theres anything wrong with that state but I've never been there. So I looked up harbor audio on goggle and found I'm not the only one.in the last month or so dozens of people have reported the same problem of random charges to their credit cards, No item ever arriving, Double triple billing for the same item. I contacted the credit card company and had the charges taken off and canceled the card. Watch out for this company.
I was a little worried when I made the order since i could find no reviews for their service but I gambled anyway and luckily Samsung made good on the warranty and luckily I caught the charges before it was to late. So beware.
