I purchased a rega apollo cd player from soundworks last christmas. There were tracking problems from the beginning. I called soundworks multiple times leaving messages that were never responded to. A few months later the left channel stopped working. I sent emails to soundseller and filed complaints with e bay, pay pal and american express. Now they are not reponding to any of these disputes. My next step wll be to contact the manufacturer directly. I did contact the distributer who said soundworks is not a recognized retailer and they would not honor the warantee. I believe this was a used item despite the fact that it was said to be new.
