1. Ordered a camera on line
2. They contacted me and tried to sell me something else
3. Debited my account
4. Never delivered the camera - said it was lost in the mail
I still have not received a refund but I have filed a complaint of fraud with the USPS.
Right after the claim was filed I received a message from A&M Photoworld stating that a refund check was being sent to me.
Still waiting
This whole process has been going on since mid March - over 3 months!
