I had exactly the same experience as the other person reporting. I Ordered a Digital camera after being directed there by low price. I was forced after placing an Internet order to call them the next day. They asked if I need a Japanese or American Version. ($60 price difference) I asked for the cheaper version. They also try selling over priced accessories. I refused and was told the camera will arrive in 5 days. A day later I received another e mail and all of a sudden the camera is on backorder. But of course I could cancel the order if I wished. I then called Broadway Photo. I asked how long, the answer was 6-7 weeks.
Since I did not cancel the order, I have to wait for 7 weeks and I am not sure they will deliver.
What shall we do to stop these on line companies from ripping customer off.???
