After paying for 2 day shipping, Broadway photo shipped the camera to me 2 weeks later and still charged me for the 2 day shipping.
Then Broadway Photo first sent me a video camera that was damaged. 2nd attempt: they sent me a camera in a damaged product box.
Now, 2 (almost 3) weeks later, they have not refunded me the 1100 dollars that it cost me to buy that camera.
Whenever I call them to complain, I am on hold for over 30 minutes. The last time I tried, they picked up the phone and hung up on me (after being on hold for 45 minutes)!!! They say they close at 5pm but when i called today, they were closed at 4pm.
