I shipped my hand to Datarecoverylabs.com (AscendTech, Inc) for data-recovery in Feb. 2009.
The organization sent mean email on Feb. 26 stated they've gotten my press. As well as in the e-mail, the organization condition “If you decide to perform a restoration we've Adata Promise plan meaning when there is no use able information recovered there's no fee.”
On Mar 18, Kevin Gladki in AscendTech, Inc e-mailed me and stated they've completed the analysis of my press along with a restoration can be done. And again they stated “If you decide to perform a restoration we've Adata Promise plan meaning when there is no useful information recovered there's no fee”.
On Mar. 25, the organization stated I've to pay for $199 for donor components and that I settled.
Next, there is no any reaction in the organization.
After I contact them, the organization (Port Baker) stated “we continue to be focusing on the press that you have submitted to the lab” on Apr 28.
On Jun 11, I delivered a contact to [email protected] requesting the problem. There's no reaction.
On Jun 12, I delivered a contact to [email protected] and [email protected] (Jack Baker). There's no reaction both.
On Jun 17, I named the organization 3 times.
Very first time, somebody acquired the phone call and questioned me to put on. After over 10 moments, the telephone was stop.
Second-time, somebody acquired the phone call and questioned me to put on. I kept for over 10 moments, nobody responded the telephone again.
So when I named third-time, nobody acquired the phone call whatsoever.
For almost 4 weeks, the organization never offered the update information on the restoration. And finally, I can't achieve them whatsoever.
Afterwards, Michael Caldwell in AscendTech, Inc explained “your press won't be feasible because of harm beyond our capability to fix. At the moment we shall need to have your press delivered back for you or contain it scrapped”.
“AscendTech, Inc.” (Datarecoverylabs.com) billed me $199 for Contributor Components to become used-to make an effort to do datarecovery support.
I asked them to exhibit me the Contributor parts plus they stated they dumped the parts currently and may not inform me-any details about the Contributor components, such as the kind or producer.
I asked them for that purchase delivery of the Contributor Components plus they showed me a bill released by AscendTech, Inc. Clearly, they simply composed the phony bill to trick me plus they haven't purchased any Contributor Components.
Then I asked them to deliver the information from my Hand (regardless of it's functional or not) in my experience. They might not deliver the information both. Clearly, they didn’t attempt to recover something from my Hand device. AscendTech, Inc simply composed some reasons and got my money away.
The company in AscendTech, Inc is just a complete fraud.
