I bought a theoretically new motherboard from Ascendtech to get a notebook which was only one year-old. I received the incorrect one from Ascendtech about the first shipping. I delivered it and received the right one also it ended up to become poor. It had been marketed as FRESH but was really RESTORED. I named Ascendtech assistance plus they suggested delivering it set for screening and declined to displace it with a different one. The specialist was rude. Todays date is 6-6-11 and have been getting the run-around from ascendtech since 4-25-11. They'll not cooperate and today the one month return interval is up. We can not obtain a substitute or reimbursement. $129.98 to get a useless motherboard. Don't work with the corporation. If anybody has guidance contact me at [email protected].
