Ordered a Burl Wood Embassy dual watchwinder on Nov. 3 and haven't received anything yet. I have received an email stating that the holidays were causing delays. My Check Was cashed on the 12 of November at Fayettville, AR. I have tried to get a response from the store by e-mail 5 or 6 times and tried to call and got no answer. I have e-mailed the store stating that I would turn them into the Attonery Generl and the BBB but still no response
