Ripoff lousy product customer service returns policy

I purchased a Steinhausen watch for $220.00 through Steinhausen Overnight - DAVE LONG.

When the product arrived it was about twice the thickness of a normal watch and seemed cheap. When I tried to return it I was informed that they didn't allow returns but would exchange it for me.

I exchanged the watch for another that cost $199. When the "new" watch arrived I didn't get a refund of the $20. The watch runs fast and gains 5 minutes for every 6 days. It is a lousy product.

Steinhausen Overnight, Dave Long, does not stand behind their product. Now I can't even get a response from the company.

Stay away from STEINHAUSEN OVERNIGHT and Dave Long - usually uses [email protected] and does a lot of business on E-Bay also.
