I ordered a wii solderless key modchip from this company and they shipped the item promptly. I put it in and it did not work. I took my wii to a repair service where they stated that the chip (the one I ordered) is not working. I called the customer service 4 times. 3 times it rang, nobody answered the phone and I left a voicemail once. Later then when I called the automated menu said, their office is closed now. After 2 days I got no calls back even though I left a prompt message. Later on I figured they have problems with the phone, so I emailed to their customer service. No answer. I emailed them that if they do not follow up with my case I will report it to the Better Business Bureau and launch an official complaint to the State Attorney General, also to publish it on all websites, such as usacomplaints. Coms.com.
No answers until today and I seriously doubt that I will ever get a call back... Even during these tough times, $50 plus the $6 shipping is a lot of money just for something that was produced for about $2. But no matter how much it cost to produce obviously I am not delighted that they ripped off me by $50 dollars plus shipping.
TOTAL SCAM PEOPLE. As long as you get a working chip, that is fine, but once there is a problem with anything they will turn their back AND WILL NEVER RESPOND!!!
If you ever order from that company, pray to God (or whoever you believe in) to get a working material, otherwise you end up screwed, just like I did!
