Selling defective merchandise and not following their return agreement.
They supposedly give a 30 day money back policy. I returned two defective 2-way radios at my shipping expense and it took two phone calls from me and 3 months for them to issue credit for the junk with a 15% restocking fee.
The folks there are just not trustworthy nor courteous.
