The good guys offer no customer service! Buy products in any other store
Purchased a $500 camera that malfunctioned in 2 months. The repair time was to be 4-6 weeks. It did not make it to the repair center for 12 days (and then would be -4-6 weeks).
The GOOD GUYS would have my camera longer than I did!
Their solution: I could by another camera!
They would extend the warranty until mine was returned.
Customer relations people were rude. No reply from district managers. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE They do not have any unique products so take your business elsewhere!
