I was sent advertisements by Publishers Clearing House. MagicJack was one that caught my attention. With the economy the way it is MagicJack was one company that used the bad economy to their advantage. It said that you never have to pay a monthly phone bill again and with them you get a free 30 day trial before you commit to anything. I trusted it because of who I recieved it from and as soon as i put in the order and check my account the money was gone@#! They even charged me for an extra jack.
My account was therefore overdrawn because of the unexpected charges. I spoke to their online chat and they dont even know what their doing. It took a whole day on the chat room to get any ligit information on when i would recieve a refund. Its been a week and I still have'nt recieved my refund of 66.34.in the 3-5 days as they promised. They said its my bank, uh huh.
My bank says they cant help me until 30 days from the date of cancelation. Magicjack has alot of empty promises and hidden agendas. Nothing thats advertised on their flyer is true according to my personal experience. They would get more business if they were honest.
