Digital dont work

Was informed emphasis system isnt functioning... Cant appear to tak e any1 solve the issue otherwise your on telephone waiting on-hold everywhere from 10mins to some time... Got a guide quantity however they dont appear to treatment and that I have guarantee i taken care of for almost any cause camera don't work it'll be changed... Hope anyoe there might help me.
