Mobile Messenger Americas, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, And Canada
Premium SMS service Scam, California-USA, 20 Gateway Blvd, Canning Vale, 6155 AU

Mobile Messenger Americas (and its incarnations in New Zealand, Ireland, its home of Australia, and the UK) are in the business of either scamming folks into agreeing to premium SMS charges without realizing it, or you might not even have to accidentally authorize somebody to begin charging your cell phone up to 19.99 for each unsolicited SMS spam (somebody else could enter your number, you could inherit a problem when you activate a new phone, and there may even be more sinister methods afoot with these folks).

You cell phone provider is likely an enabler of this scam because the cell phone service providers charge a 20-50% premium for each premium SMS message.

My wife and I were going through our bill last week when we noticed we had 20-40 dollars/month charges for such services dating back to April when we first activated her phone. She thought these messages which immediately began appearing on her phone were spam and just deleted them.

Your cell phone provider will resist removing and refunding these charges. Ours did (Verizon). Our provider eventually refunded half the charges (so I am guessing that was their cut on this fraud), but they only did this after we lodged a fraud complaint with them, filed complaints with the FCC, FTC, and the FBI.

If you have been scammed by these crooks or if they have outright stolen from you, please file a complaint with the FBI @ http://www.ic3. Gov/

You can also file complaints at the FTC @ https://www.ftccomplaintassistant. Gov/

And the FCC @

I also suggest you file a fraud complaint with your provider (who is making a lot of money off of this), notify the office of your state's Attorney General, and email Congressmen on the oversight committee listed at the bottom of this complaint.

If your provider does not remove and refund all charges, you will also need to file complaints against your provider as they are a willing participant in these frauds and are making about half the money from them.
