Our Qosmio G15 laptop is significantly less than four yrs old, & the drive has failed. Toshiba wont even admit accountability. All I get out of every support repetition is "it is out-of guarantee". I do not feel itis appropriate to get a $3,000 pc to crash after three 5 decades, but Toshiba appears to not care ~ they keep attempting to persuade me itis regular, & I am fortunate it survived this extended. I advise everybody to remain from the corporation ~ they're terrible to cope with!
