My daughter ordered a cover for her new phone in May. The money was removed from our account on June 1st.
We waited 15 business days before calling and following up on it. I spoke with a man who told me that the order was going to be shipped out that week. I emailed the company one week later and never received a reply to my inquiry.
I called back 10 days later because we still had not received a phone cover or an email and I spoke with a girl this time who told me it was on back order and they had no idea when it would be shipped. I canceled the order at that time and asked her if my money would be returned to my account. She assured me it would.
Two weeks later I sent an email to them that wasn't very nice telling them I am going to report them to the BBB. I still have never received my money or a reply to that email. I tried to call and I keep getting disconnected today.
At this point it's not the $15 that I am worried about - it's the fact that this company has some of my financial information and has not made good on my daughter's order. Not very trustworthy business practices for having people's financial information.
