My husband placed an order about 10 days ago with this company for a new DVD drive for our sons xbox 360. They said it would take 3-8 days for delivery. We have yet to receive the order, and I have emailed the company twice with no response. There is no address or customer service phone number. This should have been a clue! After searching online I found some reviews of this company, and they all said the same thing. Scam!!! I am now trying to get my money back or the product. I have sent them two nasty emails already, and will contact my bank and see what they can do about helping me with this.
